👋 Hi, I’m Max aka the One Hand Wonder Man.

Each week, I write a reflection called Sunday Thoughts and share other insights on community building and personal growth.

For me, writing is a healing process, and I want to share my journey with you — the good, the bad, and everything in between. I hope my words bring you happiness and encourage you to share your own story.

My newsletter is completely free, but if you decide to become a paid subscriber, your support would be greatly appreciated. There’s also an option to sponsor a newsletter if you’re interested.

Your support means a lot, and I’m glad to have you here on this journey with me.

A bit about me:

My journey has been diverse and fulfilling, leading me to discover my passion for community building.

During the early days of the pandemic, I faced a pivotal moment in my career due to job burnout and a longing for deeper, more meaningful connections. After nearly a decade in marketing and advertising—where I worked with music labels, agencies, and ran my own freelance venture—I found my calling in the community space. This shift has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful for the experiences that have shaped my path.

Beyond my work as a community builder, I’m passionate about writing and speaking. I love having the opportunity to share insights and stories that inspire and connect people. In my free time, you'll find me diving into music as an amateur DJ and playlist curator. Music has always been a significant part of my life and continues to be a source of joy and creativity.

Advocating for limb-different individuals is another important aspect of my life. I’m proud to serve on the board of Design With Us, a non-profit organization dedicated to inclusive design, and I volunteer as a coach with Nubability, helping to empower limb-different youth through sports.

Thanks again for being here.
