Hey everyone,
We celebrated Rosh Hashana this week, the Jewish New Year, and I’m hoping for a sweet and peaceful year for all of us. This time of year can start to feel hectic, but I hope it also brings joy.
Let’s get into it:
Sometimes, when I feel anxious, the best thing I can do is get some movement in. Even if only for a couple of minutes, getting some fresh air can do wonders.
Reminder: You’re doing better than you think you are. Keep going and pushing forward.
When someone pops into your head, send them a message. It’s one of my favorite ways to catch up with folks in my life.
Routine is great, but don’t be afraid to switch things up every now and then. You might even find something that better serves you.
Iced coffee is my favorite breakfast.

Song of the Week
This is one of my favorite tunes lately. It just hits every time, and I hope you enjoy it too.
As always, I appreciate you spending part of your Sunday with me. I hope that you have a great rest of your day and see you next week :)

Simple and underrated notes.. thanks for sharing Max!
A lot of this resonates so strongly with where I’m currently at! Regular exercise has been key lately to maintaining a more balanced temperament. I’ve been so moody the past two days and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I also happened to skip two of my scheduled run days.
Also, the “you’re doing better than you think you are” hits very close to home. It’s so easy for me to constantly berate myself for my “slow progress” but then I remind myself that nobody ever said this had to be a race. Absolutely no one. Trying to focus on enjoying whatever pace I’m currently at 🥳
