Hey everyone,
It’s crazy to think that I started writing these Sunday Thoughts a year ago as a way to share what I was going through and sort of as a form of therapy. Thank you for being here on this journey with me.
I’ve been really enjoying this Fall weather that we’ve been having lately, I’ll take any excuse to wear a hoodie.
Let’s get into it:
Most of my anxiety happens when I’m living too far into the future. I’m trying to control and plan everything out and while this proactive mindset has generally helped me, it’s exhausting. It’s one thing I am actively working on.
A quick little reminder to take daily 10-minute breaks outside. These can be such a mood booster.
Writing is healing. Even if you never share it with an audience, putting your thoughts down releases the weight of everything living in your head and body.
I like to feel secure and that means having more money. The irony is that the harder and more I work, the less time I have to live and enjoy the things that ultimately bring me happiness.
Getting a fresh haircut is one of my favorite forms of self-care.
