Hey everyone,
I just want to start off by saying thank you to everyone who reads these Sunday reflections. We’re so busy in our daily lives with everything going on, and it means a lot that you spend part of your day here.
On another note, October is zooming by and I haven’t had anything pumpkin-flavored yet.
Let’s get into it:
As a collective, I feel like many of us are going through hard things that we don’t talk about enough. I’m grateful to be vulnerable when I need to and I hope for others to feel the same.
Sometimes you need to let things go to make room for something better. This goes for clients, routines, etc. Don’t get stuck in the scarcity mindset and feel like your only option is what you currently have.
I’m proud of myself for pushing through even when I feel hesitant or not at my best. This is progress.
Each day is a new opportunity to do the things that you want. Recentering myself in the present helps me focus on what I can do today.
Morning walks are super peaceful and something I don’t take for granted.
Pictured here is my bb boy Scotch enjoying one of his many naps during the day.
Song of the Week
I love this record and I hope you do too!
As always, I appreciate you spending part of your Sunday with me. I hope that you have a great rest of your day and see you next week :)

“Sometimes you need to let things go to make room for something better. This goes for clients, routines, etc.” I know this to be true and yet I’m still holding on because of that scarcity mindset (and I also because I like the money).
