Hey everyone,
I’ve been prioritizing sleep this past week, and they’re not wrong when they say a good nights sleep does wonders! I’ve been waking up a lot more refreshed and have noticed my overall mood is better too. I do still get overwhelmed, etc. but much more manageable this past week. Hoping this trend sticks around 🙏
Btw, happy early Thanksgiving to everyone reading this, I’m so grateful for you all!
Let’s get into it:
It’s easy to miss it and skip right over, but waking up on a new day is really a blessing.
Don’t forget the joy. Have fun with what you’re doing and enjoy the now.
The art of following up. People get busy and distracted. It’s okay to send a follow-up. Most people don’t do this and it leaves opportunities on the table.
Being vulnerable and sharing my thoughts through writing has been a great resource for not only my mental health but also a way to meet other people going through similar journeys.
When the sun sets at 5pm, I’m ready for bed.

Song of the Week
I might catch a lot of flak for this, but this Shaboozey record is just so dang catchy. I'm not the biggest country fan, but this one does it for me. I guess be open to something you may otherwise pass on!
As always, I appreciate you spending part of your Sunday with me. I hope that you have a great rest of your day and see you next week :)
