Focus on one day at a time
Happy Sunday!
Today I’m in Mexico City hanging out with my family for a few days. I’ve never been to this city before and it’s cool getting to experience it with them.
How has your week been going? Has there been a common theme coming up for you this week?
Let’s get into it:
These past couple of weeks have brought a lot of last-minute change and it reminded me how important it is to be adaptable and go with the flow. Not everything is going to go according to plan.
Just because something is part of your routine today, doesn’t mean it needs to be a part of it tomorrow. It’s okay to switch things up for what’s serving you.
I have a hard time forcing myself to tune out of work mode, but as I am on vacation next week for a bit, I am going to try my best. Wish me luck!
When you think about it, it’s exciting that we haven’t hit all of our goals yet. There’s still room in the story for the journey and that is motivating. Keep writing your next chapter.
Don’t forget to give yourself some credit for all that you do. Proud of you.
