Sunday Thoughts - June 9th, 2024

Hey everyone,

Thank you all for the positive energy this past week, I appreciate it more than you know.

Let’s get into it:

1. Lean into what scares you a bit. Tbh, I used my excuse of being bad at math for why I haven’t gotten better at analytics and reporting in my career. But, I’m starting to change that. This is my focus lately and something I am pushing myself more to learn.

2. Follow up, follow up, follow up. People get busy, and if you want something to happen, you’ll probably need to ask more than once.

3. I’m getting better at budgeting and having a better look at our finances (shout out to Origin). It’s really eye-opening and something that is easy to avoid because it’s uncomfortable. But don’t let that feeling stop you from bettering yourself.

4. Last week, Celeste and I celebrated our 6th anniversary. In a few weeks, we celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. Just the beginning :)

5. Have a ritual if that brings you calm and joy. For me, that means an early Sunday am Trader Joe’s run. It’s one of my favorite parts of my week.
