Sunday Thoughts - February 4th, 2024
It's been a long week. A lot of different emotions, but hey we made it.
Good morning and happy Sunday!
I usually do my Sunday Thoughts via Linkedin, but I thought more about it and decided that I wanted to share them here as well. If this isn’t your thing or if you only came for the community content, I totally get it, and no hard feelings!
But if you do want to hear a weekly reflection, I’m glad you’re here. This is what has been on my mind this week, let’s get into it:
You don’t need to be at 100 percent each day for it to be impactful and meaningful. I needed to remind myself of that this week. It’s more important to show up and do your best.
Daily walks do wonders, I have been taking advantage of some recent nice days to get outside. Even just for a few minutes, being able to clear your head and hit a mental reset feels good.
Sprinkle in some spontaneous moments when you can. If you know me, I live by my schedule but something that I am working on is bringing myself out of that comfort zone when I can and doing things that bring joy.
Count your blessings. One thing I love about gratitude is that it allows you to appreciate what you have in your life, even when things aren’t perfect. Speaking of which, I am grateful for these Sunday Thoughts because they allow me to share and reflect on what’s been on my mind during the week.
More often than not, what you’re feeling, someone else is probably feeling too. This is why it is good to just talk about it versus holding it in. Not only do we feel lighter from getting it off our chest, but we remember that we’re never alone either.

Hope you have a lovely Sunday and a great upcoming week ahead. Thank you for taking the time to read this and reflect a bit this week.
Until next time :)
