Sunday Thoughts - December 1st, 2024
Grateful for this past week
Hey everyone,
I took this past week off work as my family was in town for Thanksgiving, and it was really nice being able to spend time with them and enjoy the holiday together! Family, good food, and some time off work were just what I needed.
Happy December and the final dash to close out things before the holidays are here.
Let’s get into it
Sometimes I just need to remind myself to do the work and let the rest happen. I can’t control everything and that’s okay.
Your ‘best’ looks different every day, just show up regardless.
Your daily actions have ripple effects. It’s the same as investing. You may not notice on a daily basis, but look a year or two out and see the growth.
One of the best ways to grow in your career is to genuinely help others grow in theirs. Being supportive or a ‘cheerleader’ is something that I love doing and it pays dividends too.
My family was in town this week for Thanksgiving and it was so nice having some quality time together. Already looking forward to more.
