Sunday Thoughts - August 4th, 2024
Hey everyone,
Happy to say that I had a much better week this week. It wasn’t perfect by any means, but I’m glad to feel more like myself and in better spirits 🙏
Btw, is anyone else getting a little excited for Fall? My favorite season of the year and it’s quickly approaching.
Let’s get into it:
I’m very grateful for the relationships that I have in my life. Having gone through a lot, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my sister, Celeste, and friends.
Sometimes I need to remind myself to take a deep breath. Whenever I feel anxious or overwhelmed, pausing and taking some deep breaths helps a lot with restoring calm in my life.
You’re always doing more than you give yourself credit for. It’s easy to lose sight of in the day-to-day of things, but don’t forget it.
You can do hard things. Shit happens in life but you’re fully capable of moving through what’s in front of you. You’ve done it before, you’ll do it again and be even stronger because of it.
My “content strategy” is to write how I feel and share things that I need to hear. It’s an added bonus if it helps someone else along the way.
