Sunday Thoughts - August 3rd, 2025

Hey everyone,

Took a quick trip out to California to surprise my good friend and his family, and it’s nice being able to spend some quality time with them. I’m grateful for moments like this and having the means and flexibility to make it happen.

Headed back to Philly later today, and very excited to see Celeste and Deon ❤️

Let’s get into it:

1. Reminder: you don’t need to be anyone else.

2. You can be deeply grateful for where you are and also feel ready for what’s next.

3. I used to think I needed to feel confident before I tried something new. Now I just try things and let the confidence catch up.

4. This week’s growth moment: saying “I don’t know” without spiraling.

5. Normalize not finishing reading a book if you’re not into it.
