Hey everyone,
My big focus this week was being more mindful of my sleep schedule and giving myself extra time in the morning to sleep instead of rushing into the day. It wasn’t perfect by any means but the extra 30 minutes or so felt like it’s made a difference and I’m looking forward to keeping working on this.
Let’s get into it:
All of the things will get done. Sometimes I overwhelm myself with my to-do list, and I need to remember to focus on the most immediate task and repeat this process.
The people that you think have it all together are still just figuring it out. We’re all just working on ourselves.
It only takes that one yes to potentially change everything. Keep pushing forward!
Even if you’re not doing as much as you wish, you’re showing up and that’s what counts. Small progress is progress.
Making fruit smoothies in the morning has been bringing me a lot of joy lately. It’s very much like a sweet treat to get the day going.
