Hire Community Job Round Up - March 14th 2024
Here with some new Community roles from Ubisoft, MicroConf, OpenAI, Chime, Adobe & more
Hey everyone,
Before I jump into the new community roles that I’ve come across this week, I have a little update.
My next couple of weeks with travel, work, and other life things are busy so I’m going to take a little break from this weekly Hire Community newsletter. I plan on coming back to this at some point, but balance is something that I need to restore a bit in my life, and this is the first step toward that.
In the meantime, I recommend checking out Led by Community and Gareth’s Community Inc. job boards for the latest community roles. They both do a great job of curating some awesome finds!
Thank you so much for all of your support on this newsletter. It really has been a fun project to work on and I hope that it has helped a bit too ❤️
Now, let’s get into this week’s new roles!
Thank you to the good folks at Common Room who are sponsoring this newsletter.
They believe businesses do better when their communities, and the teams behind them, are strong. Common Room enables community leaders to better grow and support their members, manage their programs, measure their impact, and connect their work to broader GTM goals and outcomes.
I’ve also been fortunate enough to work with Common Room directly in my previous role, and seriously have been so impressed with their team and product since day one! If you’re looking for an awesome tool to track all of the ins and outs of your community, Common Room is it!

Open for Hire: Community Manager Features
Jesus Candelario - I got connected to Jesus through these Hire Community newsletters and he has always been super awesome in supporting this series. Coming from his latest role at Honeybook, he is on the lookout for his next gig in the community space. Make sure to hit him up!
Krystal Wu - I got the chance to chat with Krystal in my early days of community building and she has always been someone who does great work in this space. Her resume of Hubspot, Shopify, OpenSpace, and most recently ZoomInfo speaks for itself. If you’re looking for an experienced community professional, get in touch with Krystal!
Hester Ho - Hester has a lot of experience in the start-up space, particularly in building growth strategies and retention programs. She is someone who is super passionate about community building and would make an excellent fit for any company looking to grow its community!
Kamsy Anyachebelu - I always enjoy seeing Kamsy’s content that she shares and even though we haven’t connected a ton yet, I can tell how driven she is as a community builder. Make sure to send Kamsy a message if you’re looking to hire a great community lead!
Erika Chang - I got connected to Erika through the legendary Tiffany Oda and so glad that I did! Erika has been supporting the community efforts in Talkbase’s community and has been doing an amazing job. If you’re in need of someone who gets community, Erika is your person!
Chad McNaughton - I’ve been connected with Chad for a bit of time now on Linkedin and am impressed with his background in community building and experience. He is currently on the market for his next role, and you should definitely send him a message if you’re looking for a qualified technical community builder!
🎬 That’s it for now!
Thanks again for your support! I can’t thank you enough for your shares, comments, feedback, etc. I appreciate you all!
