Here with some new Community roles from Wilson, Watershed, TikTok, ClassDojo, and more!
Hey everyone,
I’m back with some new Community roles that I have come across this past week. This week’s newsletter features roles from Wilson, Watershed, TikTok, ClassDojo, and more!
Don’t forget to check out the Open for Hire section too. Some amazing community pros are looking for work!
As always thank you again for all of your support on this newsletter. I appreciate every single share, comment, like, message, etc.
Let’s get into it!
Thank you to the good folks at Common Room who are sponsoring this newsletter.
They believe businesses do better when their communities, and the teams behind them, are strong. Common Room enables community leaders to better grow and support their members, manage their programs, measure their impact, and connect their work to broader GTM goals and outcomes.
I’ve also been fortunate enough to work with Common Room directly in my previous role, and seriously have been so impressed with their team and product since day one! If you’re looking for an awesome tool to track all of the ins and outs of your community, Common Room is it!

Open for Hire: Community Manager Features
Lou Adducci - I’ve been connected with Lou for a while now and always enjoy seeing the content that they share. With over 5+ years of experience in this industry, they are super knowledgeable about building community and how to sustain it over the long term. Make sure to connect with Lou if you’re looking for a great community builder!
Hansen Hunt - I’ve had the privilege to connect with Hansen a few times either on 1:1 calls or at online events and I am always impressed with his experience in this space. Not only that, but Hansen is a very genuine person who is always looking out to support and help another community builder. Get in touch with him for your next CM need!
Joel Primack - I could write on and on about all of the great things that Joel does and also that he has quickly turned into such a good friend of mine. I love getting to connect with Joel because I learn something new either about community building or a strategy in the b2b space. Joel is such a great person, connector, and community builder. I can’t recommend him enough!
Pariss Garner - Even though I don’t know Pariss super well yet, I always enjoy seeing the content that she shares online. From what I can see, she has great experience in this field, and is super hungry to continue expanding her community building skillset. To me, drive is something you can’t teach. You either have it or you don’t, and Pariss definitely does!
Stephanie Salsini - Since connecting with Stephanie online, I have always been impressed with her experience with places such as Higher Logic and most recently G2. I know that she would make a great fit for anyone looking to hire a community builder, so make sure to contact her!
Tim McDonald - Tim might be one of the most experienced community builders that I know! He is also one of the kindest and supportive people that I have come across and I am just a fan of the work that he does! If you’re looking for an awesome community manager with a ton of experience and knowledge in this industry, look no further than Tim!
The Community Collective’s Cohort #4 is now open for registration, but act fast as it closes on March 10th! If you’re looking to build connections, gain confidence, and be known for community building, then this program is for you! Learn more & sign up here.
🎬 That’s it for now!
Thanks again for your support. In the meantime, please share this with a friend and reach out if there is anything that I can do to amplify. If you’d like to be featured in the next round up, just send me a message and I’ll make that happen.
